Terms & Conditions

Products

Our product pages describe each piece, including its materials, dimensions and available finishes. Handmade pieces and natural materials may vary slightly in colour, texture or finish from the photographs and from one piece to another.

Orders, prices and payment

Check your selected items, quantities, and billing and delivery details before placing your order. The checkout shows the amount and currency you will pay, any shipping and taxes charged at checkout, and the available payment methods.

Production and delivery

Lead times vary by product and finish. Check the product page for production details and contact us if you need a piece by a particular date. International deliveries may be subject to import duties, local taxes or carrier fees, depending on the destination.

Bespoke orders

Contact us to discuss custom finishes, dimensions or other bespoke requests. We will confirm the specifications, price and estimated lead time for your piece before you place a bespoke order.

Returns, cancellations and faults

To request a cancellation or return, email us with your order number. Your rights depend on the law that applies to your purchase. Where distance-selling rules give you a right to cancel, a change-of-mind exception may apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised for you.

Custom orders and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

If a piece arrives damaged, is faulty or differs from what you ordered, contact us so we can help. These terms preserve your statutory consumer rights, including any remedies for faulty goods.
